الوصف
a) Prepare annual budget.
b) Shall be responsible for the agreed Net Profit & Gross Profit.
c) Closely work with clients & contractors generating enquiries for business opportunities.
d) Identifying and developing new customers.
e) Keeping updated on key project updates/ status via regular meetings. (Market knowledge)
f) Prepare quotations with compliances of available agency products to all participating contractors during tender stages.
g) Preparation and submission of submittals for approval.
h) Obtain and maintain ministry approvals for agency products
i) Timely response to enquiries / tenders with technically and commercially viable proposals and periodic follow ups with customers for order conversion.
j) Attend to technical queries and provide necessary support.
k) Ensure timely dispatch of orders in co-ordination with internal or external service providers.
l) Ensure timely process of orders & payments on Principals / Suppliers.
m) Follow-up & collection of accountable customer payments.
n) Maintain stocks as per market requirement & agency agreement norms.
o) Organize and attend meetings with customers in liaison with supplier representative.
