Are you a skilled Network Engineer with a passion for hospitality? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at La Rosa Hotel, in Al Khuwair, Muscat. As a Network Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity and technology support throughout our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, set up, and maintain both wired and wireless networks to support our hotel operations.
Configure and manage switches, routers, and other network devices to optimize performance and security.
Provide technical support for office PCs, printers, and other peripherals, ensuring smooth operation for our staff.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IP cameras for security purposes.
Assist front desk staff with technical issues and provide support for our property management system (IDS software knowledge is a plus).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
