Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
o Identify and actively pursue qualified leads through various channels (e. g. ,
cold calling, networking, online platforms).
o Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor
offerings.
o Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential tenants.
Relationship Building and Client Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants.
o Understand and cater to the specific needs and requirements of each
client.
o Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
Leasing and Negotiation:
o Prepare and present proposals outlining the benefits and value proposition
of our outdoor spaces.
o Negotiate lease terms and pricing to achieve optimal occupancy and
revenue.
o Draft and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal
and regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
o Track leasing activity, including lead generation, conversion rates, and
closed deals.
o Prepare reports and presentations to keep management informed of
progress and performance.
o Contribute to the development and implementation of effective marketing
and leasing strategies.
