Job Description: As a Sales Commission Agent for Coffee Beans, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, promoting our range of coffee bean products, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within your designated territory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the coffee industry, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, specialty retailers, and wholesalers. 2. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the quality and unique characteristics of our coffee bean offerings. 3. Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business partnerships. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and sales collateral to support sales efforts. 6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. 7. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management to track performance against targets and objectives. 8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads. Qualifications: 1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the coffee or food and beverage industry. 2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 3. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies. 4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets and objectives. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. 6. Flexibility to travel within the designated territory as needed. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. 8. Passion for coffee and a genuine interest in promoting high-quality coffee bean products.
