Position: Waiter/Waitress & Cashier/Waiter
Location: Al Hail North, Muscat, Oman
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers.
- Presenting menus and explaining menu items.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Anticipating and fulfilling customer needs throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic may be preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage items.
- Attention to detail in taking orders and maintaining cleanliness.
- Legal right to work in Oman
